The CAMC Outpatient Diabetes Education Program has been recognized by the American Diabetes Association for Quality Diabetes Self-Management Education* and Support. Our program is designed to help provide an individual with the knowledge, skill, and ability necessary for diabetes self-care.

A physician referral is required for services provided through this program.
